STEP 1. GET STARTED
- Identify a Track & Concentration
- Submit Proof for Professional Skills and Experience
STEP 2. GET ASSESSED
- Schedule an Assessment Session with BSG Professional Development Team
STEP 3. GET CERTIFIED
- If you are assessed with qualified level of skills and experience, you will be issued with an non-expiring BSG Professional Certificate
How many levels of certification does BSG issue?
Consultant
You are capable of delivering work independently with professional quality in at least one concentration field.
You can complete assignments in related fields with some guidance from a senior consultant.
Senior Consultant
You are capable of delivering work independently with professional quality in multiple concentration fields.
You are capable of leading a team to get project complete at a large scale and meet client's expectation.
Principal Consultant
You are capable of delivering work independently in multiple concentration fields.
You are capable of leading a team to get enterprise scale project completed and meet client's expectation.
You are capable of leading strategy analysis, recommending solutions for clients.
What can be used as proof of professional capability & experience?
We conduct a comprehensive assessment for you and count in everything that can be used to illustrate and demonstrate your professional capability. The following is a list of typical materials we use:

- Completed Projects & Products
- Publication including blog articles

- Published Mobile Apps (in Apple Store or Google Play Store)

What to expect for assessment session?
Here are the things we typically covered in assessment session.
- Conversation
- We will chat about your professional and/or project experience
- Demonstration
- Demonstrate the work you have done
- Demonstrate your hard skills and soft skills related to the concentration field.
- Discussion
- We will discuss problems and give you the opportunity of showing how to solve problems in the concentration field.
Depending on the track and concentration, the length of the assessment session can be different - we will let you know ahead of time.
In some cases, we may arrange multiple sessions with you.
The session can be remote video session or in-person/on-site whiteboard session.
What if I fail the assessment?
If we think you are not yet ready to be certified, we will provide you an assessment report highlighting areas you need improvement.
